Position: Office Assistant
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Cleaning and maintaining the office and its surroundings
Collecting and delivering letters and official documents
Preparing and serving refreshments for staff and visitors
Dispatching letters and correspondence
Requesting office equipment and supplies when required
Assisting in estimating office operational requirements
Preparing meeting rooms and conference facilities
Receiving visitors and providing appropriate assistance

Applicants should possess:
National Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education
Passes in both English and Kiswahili
At least five (5) years of relevant working experience from a reputable organization
