A retail shop in Posta, Dar es Salaam is looking for a motivated
Shop Sales Attendant who can assist customers in-store
and drive sales through social media platforms.
Requirements
- Form IV certificate or higher education level
- Strong social media skills (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- At least 1,000 TikTok followers
- Ability to sell products online through social media
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Previous retail or shop sales experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and manage sales in the shop
- Record daily sales and prepare simple reports
- Promote and sell products online via TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Support basic shop operations and organization
- Help increase sales through effective selling strategies
Salary: TSh 400,000 per month
