Job Objective.
To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the customer care unit, by ensuring service rendered to customer meet and exceed customer expectations according to company policy and procedures.

Duties and responsibility.

• Conduct door to door activities by visiting customers in a street for direct sales.
• Ensure to solve customer technical problems effectively and timely.
• Conduct door to door activities by visiting customers in a street for dormant activation.
• Installing company product accessories according to the needs of the company and the customer requirements.
• Make a good schedule to provide technical support based on the communication with customers.
• Support other operation department staff on company product troubleshooting matters.
• Record all kind of the technical complaints and make the related analysis for technical support manual.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
