  1. Personal Secretary III (Katibu Mahsusi III)
    • Vacancies: 87
    • Locations: Various districts including Arumeru, Babati, Bagamoyo, Bahi, Bariadi, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • Tanzanian, aged 18-45 years.
    • Preference for local residents of the districts with vacancies.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience preferred.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Completed Form IV or VI.
    • Certificate in Secretarial Studies from Tanzania Public Service College or equivalent.
    • Passed third-level examination and typing test in Swahili and English at 80 words per minute, with computer skills certification.

    Duties:

    • Typing documents, reports, and letters.
    • Handling visitor concerns and directing them appropriately.
    • Maintaining records of appointments and office activities.
    • Assisting in office operations and ensuring office cleanliness.
    • Performing other tasks as assigned.

    Salary Scale: TGS B1

  2. Record Management Assistant III
    • Vacancies: 4
    • Locations: Kinondoni, Ilala, Lushoto, and Arusha Districts.

    Qualifications:

    • Tanzanian, aged 18-45 years.
    • Preference for local residents.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience preferred.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Completed Form IV or VI.
    • Certificate in Record Management or a related field from Public Service College of Tanzania or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, Windows, E-mail, and Publisher is a plus.

    Duties:

    • Managing case records.
    • Maintaining accurate records and preparing files for hearings.
    • Assisting the Chairperson with record-related tasks.
    • Receiving and managing payment receipts for cases.
    • Performing additional duties as needed.

    Salary Scale: TGS B1
