TANZANIA RAILWAYS CORPORATION (TRC)
Tanzania Railways Corporation is a Public Institution established under the Railway Act No. 10 of 2017. The main objective of TRC is to provide rail Transport services and to develop, promote and manage rail infrastructure.
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ with a status of independent Department established specifically to facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service.
Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).

| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i. To receive and issue goods from stores;
ii.To record stock movement; iii.To issue gate passes; iv.To ensure there is enough security of the warehouse/store; v.To ensure that material received from suppliers conform to the product specifications as per official contracts; vi.To forecast demand for materials and determine the economic order quantities; vii.To undertake stocktaking exercises; viii.To prepare stores management reports; and ix.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor. |
