Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the apparel or wholesale industry being a strong advantage. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, procurement, logistics, supply, supply chain or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the apparel or wholesale industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in Sales Manager for 3 and above years
