On behalf of our Client we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, the Candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market share in your assigned region.
He/she will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market structure in the agricultural machinery industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field

Proven experience as Regional sales and sales management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the market, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, to identify opportunities and threats.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the regional sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to understand their needs and preferences.
- Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the region, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest tractor and agricultural equipment innovations, ensuring the team has a deep understanding of our products and their advantages over competitors.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and demand in the region.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities in the region adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Proven experience as Regional sales and sales management within the agricultural machinery industry.
- In-depth knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
