About Us:
Wakulima Agri-Food Company Ltd is a leading player in the plant nutrition agri-food industry, committed to delivering high-quality dietary products to consumers to address maternal malnutrition in Tanzania and in the Sub-Saharan Africa. We are seeking a talented Marketing Consultant to spearhead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Dar es Salaam city market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Dar es Salaam, aligned with company objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition.
3. Plan and implement effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product positioning and visibility.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Marketing Consultant with a focus on urban markets.
2. In-depth knowledge of Dar es Salaam’s consumer behavior and market dynamics for dietary foods.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Five years of experience in marketing consultancy, preferably in urban markets.
3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
4. Familiarity with the agri-food industry is a plus.
5. Should posses a driving license with ability for self driving in the city of Dar es salaam.
