JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales officers are in charge of making money by marketing and selling goods and services to consumers. Usually, they do this by finding leads, establishing rapport with them, learning about their needs, and completing sales transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and preserve a relationship with your clientele to learn about their wants and needs.
  • Keeping up good contacts with clients in order to increase their lifetime value
  • Giving clients an explanation of the terminology, characteristics, and advantages of the product Creating sales plans and establishing goals and targets
  • Close sales by negotiating pricing and contract terms.
  • Work together with internal teams to guarantee that goods or services are delivered on time.
  • Use software to keep accurate records and track sales activity.
  • To create leads and raise brand awareness, go to conferences, trade exhibits, and networking events.
  • Inform management on a frequent basis with market developments and sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
