Branch Administrator

Job Overview: TAST AGRIBUSINESS INNOVATION CO. LTD is seeking a self-motivated graduate to join their branch office in Mbeya region as a Branch Administrator. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure the smooth running of office activities, and support all aspects of administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing Management:
    • Manage and oversee sales and marketing activities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
  2. Supervising Field Work:
    • Visit customers according to the arranged work plan.
    • Monitor field activities to ensure objectives are met.
  3. Work Plan Management:
    • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly work plans.
    • Ensure work plans align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Reporting:
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the appropriate department.
    • Provide accurate and timely updates on branch activities.
  5. Office and Administration Support:
    • Provide daily support for office management and administrative tasks.
    • Maintain an efficient filing system and document control.
  6. Office Cleanliness and Security:
    • Oversee the general cleanliness and security of the office.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Holder of a Diploma in General Agriculture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Computer literate).
  • Graduate from a reputable college of agriculture.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle and hold a motorcycle driving license (required for travel to remote areas).
  • Self-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in farm areas.
