Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will be the central point of contact for managing and coordinating all administrative, operational, financial, sales and marketing, research and development, IT, customer service, human resources, quality control, and sustainability activities within our company. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the seamless functioning of all aspects of our business and will have specific responsibilities towards supporting the Managing Director’s role.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate activities, and ensure efficient workflow.
  •  Finance: Manage financial records, budgeting, and financial planning.
  •  Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies, identify potential clients, and contribute to sales efforts.
  •  Research and Development (R&D): Innovate and improve composting processes, identify market trends and opportunities.
  • IT and Technology: Oversee technology infrastructure, software, and hardware.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, manage customer relations, and monitor satisfaction.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze data, assess performance, and support decision-making.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist in marketing efforts, manage digital marketing, and PR.
  • Human Resources: Recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards and process improvements.
  • Environmental Compliance: Oversee compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the Managing Director.

Responsibilities towards the Managing Director:

  •  Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for Managing Director’s meetings.
  •  Conduct research and provide insights to support the Managing Director’s decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives and special projects.
  •  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  •  Ensure that the Managing Director is well-prepared and organized in all aspects of their role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar multifaceted role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  •  Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Proficiency in office software and applications.
  •  Knowledge of waste management or sustainability practices is a plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
