Position: Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for our client’s operations. You will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to support our company’s objectives.



  • Source and purchase goods, equipment, and services required for client operations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to optimize procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory management activities.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports, records, and documentation.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • An obsession for deadlines and accuracy in supply detail with organizational skills and a hands-on attitude to production quality and cost control.
  • Demonstrable, accurate and impressive skills in supply software and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
