The Managing Director of the Police Force Products Corporation, through the URA Security Company, invites applications for job vacancies from Tanzanian citizens who meet the qualifications and can fill the following position:

1. SECURITY GUARD (3,000 Positions)

A) APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged between 18-55 years.
• Must have completed at least primary education (Grade 7 or above).
• Must be a citizen of Tanzania, with proof through a birth certificate, national ID, or passport.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in Swahili.
• Must not have any criminal record or court charges.
• Must be ready to work anywhere as assigned.
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Should not have tattoos on any part of the body.

B) DUTIES OF SECURITY GUARDS

• Ensure the safety of people and property in the designated area.
• Prevent any unlawful acts in the workplace.
• Protect people from fires or other emergencies at work.
• Report to the respective authority any incidents at work.
• Guard the premises during working hours.
• Maintain a good rapport with people on site.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.

C) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

The applicant should include:

1. An application letter.
2. An introduction letter from the local government.
3. A copy of the national ID or voter ID.
4. Copies of certificates from JKT/JKU/MG and a passport-sized photo (recent).
5. A resume (CV) and contact number.
6. A police clearance (Finger Print).
7. Two guarantors who are government or recognized institution employees.

Guarantors should provide:

1. Guarantor’s letter.
2. Introduction letter from the local government and passport-sized photo.
3. National ID or voter ID.
4. Employment ID card copy.
