Responsibilities
- 1. Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our used clothes and bags.
- 2. Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- 3. Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.
- 4. Order Processing:
- Assist customers in the order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
- 5. Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide product training to customers and colleagues as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale or import industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with used clothing and bag industry is a plus.
